Twin

ProductFrom project ideato final settlement.

Everything you record along the way stays with your organisation and forms one knowledge layer that every next step builds on. That is how the whole journey hangs together, from the first idea to the final settlement.

The application phase runs in Twin today, from spotting to submitting. Project management after the award decision is in development and builds on the same knowledge layer.

The process

Nine steps, one chain, two modules.

Grant work does not stop at submission. Twin follows the whole chain and splits it into two modules that sit on the same knowledge layer. What you record in the application is exactly what you need at the final settlement.

Application

Pre-award, from idea to submission
01

Spot

Project ideas become opportunities, before the call closes.

02

Qualify

A view of your chances before the hours go in.

03

Match

The right scheme, with conditions and timing.

04

Draft

Structure, generation with source links, joint review.

05

Submit

Quality check per criterion, before sending.

The same knowledge layer runs through

Project management

Post-award, from award decision to final settlement
06

Award decision

Obligations and conditions become tasks with deadlines.

07

Delivery and monitoring

Hours, invoices and milestones keep pace with delivery.

08

Reporting

Interim reports from the file that is already there.

09

Final settlement

The evidence was built up along the way and is ready.

The foundation under all nine

The knowledge layer is not a step in the process, it is the layer all steps stand on. That is why module two finds everything module one recorded, down to the individual pieces of evidence.

The knowledge layer

From heads and folders to one knowledge layer for the organisation.

Successful applications, scheme knowledge and client context are now spread across people and folders. When a senior leaves, part of that knowledge leaves too. The knowledge layer brings it together in your own environment, where it is and remains the organisation's property.

What goes in

What you already own, but keep having to look up.

  • Successful applications and their structure
  • Scheme requirements, conditions and deadlines
  • Project context and client files
  • Writing guidelines and tone of voice
  • Review checklists and assessment criteria
  • Sources, budgets and supporting evidence
What it does

Every step starts with the context that is already there.

  • Spotting checks projects against what worked before
  • Drafting inherits structure and tone from your best applications
  • Every AI statement links back to a source line
  • Validation knows the requirements of this specific scheme
  • Post-award knows which evidence is already recorded
What it delivers

Quality the whole team carries.

  • Juniors deliver at senior level
  • Seniors keep review capacity in the peak
  • Consistent quality across the whole team
  • A departing colleague's knowledge stays available
  • The final settlement draws on evidence that is already recorded
  • Your method remains your own edge

Why separate tools break down here.

A chatbot, a search engine and a document folder can each handle one step. Where it goes wrong is the handover: step four knows nothing of what was decided in step two. The knowledge layer exists by virtue of that coherence, and it only arises when all steps stand on the same source.

Why this stays within your walls.

The knowledge layer grows per organisation and is not shared or used to train models. Strict isolation in every layer, EU-hosted in Helsinki. Your consulting method and interpretations are your edge, so they stay with you.

The modules

Two halves of the same product.

Both modules stand on the same knowledge layer and the same infrastructure. You start with the application and grow along with what comes after.

Application

Live in Twin

The five steps from idea to submission, in one workspace open to the whole team.

  • Sources in one place, processed and indexed automatically
  • Structure according to the scheme's requirements
  • AI with project context and a source link per statement
  • Real-time collaboration with an audit trail
  • Quality check per criterion before submission
  • From WBSO, the Dutch R&D tax credit, to Horizon Europe, with the right approach per scheme

Project management

In development

The four steps after the award decision, on the file built up during the application.

  • Obligations from the award decision as tasks with deadlines
  • Staff timesheets, linked to work packages
  • Invoices with proof of payment in the file
  • Interim reports from existing data
  • Final settlement on evidence recorded during delivery
Secure and responsible

Infrastructure that matches your responsibility.

Grant files contain confidential project information and financial data of your clients. Using AI in that work calls for infrastructure that makes clear what happens to that data.

EU-hosted, ISO 27001 certified.

Hetzner cluster in Helsinki. No US cloud, no transfer outside the EU unless you choose it yourself. AIC4NL participant.

No training on client data, ever.

We do not change model weights based on Twin input. Strict multi-tenant isolation in every layer, and an audit trail of every change and every AI call.
