Partner Proposal Template (Laudes Foundation, version 6 May 2026). Applicants are free to use alternative forms as long as all questions from the Laudes Proposal Template are addressed. Alternative forms include proposal templates required by co-funders, organisation strategy plans (in the case of General Operating Support grants) and project plans, as long as supplemented by Outcomes Table and Organisational Resilience assessment from the Laudes Proposal Template.
Budget: For Programmatic Funding and Wellbeing Support - an activity-based budget including co-funding, line-item breakdown, and MEL costs (2-3% minimum) - Optional budget template. For Organisational Development and General Operating Support - an organisational budget forecast for the grant duration.
References: 1-3 references with name, title and contact information. Not required for proposals ≤ EUR 100K or for grant renewals.
For all requests over EUR 100k, you will need to fill in a rubrics template.

Werkwijze

Becoming a partner, steps 1-5

Dien eerst een aanvraagverzoek in via het contactformulier; het team beoordeelt alle aanvraagverzoeken regelmatig en neemt contact op als er een match is. Alleen op uitnodiging dient u een light of full proposal in met het Partner Proposal Template, bij voorkeur niet meer dan 15 pagina's zonder bijlagen. De pagina Becoming a partner zegt dat het voorstel in elke taal mag; het template vraagt een andere taal dan Engels eerst met uw contactpersoon af te stemmen. Bij indiening start Laudes Foundation een partnerbeoordeling met risicobeoordeling en achtergrondscreening. Tot € 500.000 beoordeelt het Management Team, vanaf € 500.000 beslist het Investment Committee. Daarna volgt een subsidieovereenkomst met activiteiten, beoogde resultaten, voorwaarden en het rapportage- en betalingsschema. Partners rapporteren jaarlijks en aan het einde met een Learning Brief; bij subsidies korter dan 18 maanden ten minste één aan het einde. De strategieperiode 2026-2031 is begonnen en Laudes Foundation werkt aan een vernieuwde Theory of Change; partners vinden de vorige versie in het Partner Portal. Het programma Food neemt geen nieuwe aanvragen aan.
